Platform Fintech helps platforms evaluate embedded finance providers and request matched proposals. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you use the scanner or request proposals, we may collect your name, work email, company, website, current processor/stack, geography, rough volume/users, timeline, selected product needs, and notes you provide.

How we use it

Generate routing recommendations and provider-ready briefs.
Match your request with relevant embedded finance providers.
Contact you about your request.
Improve provider profiles, benchmarks, and RFP workflows.

Sharing with providers

We only share your RFP brief with matched providers when you explicitly consent in the proposal request form. Providers may use the brief to evaluate fit and respond with pricing, implementation, compliance, and eligibility details.

Service providers

We may use infrastructure providers such as hosting, database, analytics, email, or notification tools to operate the service. They process information on our behalf.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service is perfectly secure. Do not submit highly sensitive financial records, credentials, bank account numbers, or regulated personal data through the form.
